3. Everyone else can order from this website. Please click on List of Titles to navigate through all the available titles. Amazing Stories are also available from a wide variety of retailers across Canada.

Shipping & Return Policies

• Orders are shipped by DHL, Canpar or Canada Post.
• Shipping is a flat rate of $5 per delivery address. Orders over $60 include free shipping.
• Once an order is shipped, it usually takes from 2 to 5 days for delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Currently we can only ship to Canadian addresses.
• Altitude can only accept returns of damaged books or books that have been incorrectly shipped. The address for returns is:

  Please state your reason for the return and include the original invoice or a note with your name, address and original invoice number. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return. Altitude is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. A customer service representation from Altitude will call you to confirm receipt and refund your payment.
  
  
• We are sorry but we cannot handle backorders on this web site. If a book is out of stock you will not be able to order it. We regularly update stock levels on the site to keep the List of Titles page current.

While your basic personal information is stored securely with us, your credit card information is not saved by Altitude Publishing.
